Solo microwave
Designed primarily for microwave heating and defrosting. No heat, turntable and door-detection symptoms can involve several components.
We accept chargeable repair enquiries for out-of-warranty solo, grill and convection microwave ovens. Heating, door, turntable and control faults need careful diagnosis. A microwave contains high-voltage components that can remain dangerous after unplugging, so all internal inspection must be left to a qualified technician.

Designed primarily for microwave heating and defrosting. No heat, turntable and door-detection symptoms can involve several components.
Microwave heating and grill functions are distinct. Explain whether only one mode fails, and use accessories only as permitted by the manual.
Fan, heater, temperature sensing and microwave systems may be assessed separately. Tell us whether the fault occurs in convection, microwave or combination mode.
Cabinet fit, ventilation and safe removal matter. Share the model and installation details before arranging work; access and parts support need confirmation.
Internal testing may cover the heating circuit and control/interlock system. A specific high-voltage part should not be assumed faulty without testing.
Stop the appliance immediately if it sparks or makes abnormal noises. Cavity damage, unsuitable objects and internal faults need separate consideration.
Door alignment and interlock problems can affect safe operation. Do not force the latch, defeat an interlock or use a damaged door.
The tray, roller ring, coupling and drive may be checked. Reposition only removable parts that the manual permits, with the appliance off.
Unresponsive controls can involve settings, keypad, board or power issues. Model-specific replacement availability affects the quote.
Heating elements, airflow and temperature controls can be inspected for cooking-mode failures. A microwave repair is different from an OTG repair; confirm the appliance type.
Safe checks can help describe the issue. They are not a confirmed diagnosis.
