Split AC
Indoor filters, evaporator coil, drain line, blower and outdoor condenser all affect performance. Access to both units is important. Mention if the outdoor unit is on an external ledge so access can be discussed before the visit.
Window AC
Cooling, drainage, fan noise, thermostat operation and mounting can be assessed. Removal or refitting may need additional help depending on the window, bracket and access.
Inverter AC
Variable-speed systems need model-specific checks of sensors, power supply, communication and control boards. An error code alone is not proof that a PCB or compressor needs replacement.

Routine cleaning & maintenance
Filter cleaning, accessible coil and drain checks, and a cooling assessment help identify restricted airflow and maintenance needs. Service scope is agreed after checking the unit.
Jet service
Controlled water cleaning may be suitable for an accessible coil and drainage assembly. Electrical components must be protected; water pressure and dismantling depend on the model and condition.
Chemical cleaning
A suitable coil-cleaning product may be considered for stubborn contamination after inspection. It is not necessary for every AC and should not be used indiscriminately on coatings or electronics.
Refrigerant leak diagnosis
Low refrigerant can indicate a leak. A technician should identify the cause, discuss leak repair and use the specified refrigerant; a routine top-up without diagnosis may not solve the problem.

Does every AC need a gas refill?
No. Refrigerant is in a sealed circuit. Poor cooling has several possible causes; a leak or refrigerant problem should be diagnosed before charging.
Is jet service the same as chemical service?
No. Jet service describes controlled water cleaning; chemical service uses an appropriate cleaning product where needed. Suitability depends on the unit and contamination.
